If we breathe well, we feel good.
So basically, to breathe good is to live a rich life.

The Relaxator Breathing Trainer is a breathing resistor that prolongs exhalation helps the body and mind relax. The breathing trainer helps you achieve optimal breathing so that oxygenation in the body increases – breathing becomes deeper, more rhythmic and relaxed. You learn to breathe properly, without much effort.

You can change the resistance seamlessly (there’s a scale from 1-5), so that you with the help of the Relaxator can find your optimal, natural breathing rhythm.

The Relaxator can be used both urgently, to calm stress or panic, or as a training device to learn to breathe properly, and thus to function optimally.

It is small, takes no focus when you get used to it, and you can use it at any time; in front of the computer or TV, when reading or driving a car. Or if you don’t mind looking a little silly, it is great for walking to increase oxygenation in the blood even more.

The Relaxator is an excellent diaphragm trainer that helps me breathe calmly, rhythmically and quietly which makes me more focused and harmonious. I started using the Relaxator in the morning and evening for a few minutes. Now I see the benefits of using it when I read (feel that I become more concentrated) and when I drive longer distances. I started with conscious breathing in November 2018 (use the relaxator every day, sleep with taped mouth and workout with closed mouth) and some gains are in addition to the above are; improved sleep, lowered blood pressure, increased calm, decreased suction, more energy / stamina and a more even mood.
